Quoted prices are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Full payment must be made before the event date unless prior arrangements are agreed upon in writing. Late payments may result in booking cancellation or additional fees. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable due to prior preparation costs.
4. Equipment, Décor, and Hire Services: All equipment and décor items provided remain the property of PS CloudSetApp (Pty) Ltd t/a SETAPP EVENTS . Clients are responsible for ensuring that hired items are returned in good condition. Any damage, loss, or theft during the hire period will be charged to the client at replacement value.
